D&D Group Subsidiary company has a Joint venture relationship with Global Angels Hong Kong since 2007 to form D&D Global Angels Co. Ltd, which is a 50%-50% JV.
Based in Hong Kong, Global Angel’s influence spans across Asia Pacific with investments ranging from real estate property, Agro Based industries, to education centers and new media businesses. Beyond funding though, Global Angels adds value to companies by providing contacts with potential customers and partners, We’ve seeded over 50 companies in our history with 40+ profitable M&A exits and IPOs during our time.

It is a JV between D&D and a Huge Chinese Conglomerate.
We have access to a vast inventory of properties across the nation.
It specifically caters to Real estate Property development, and are creating a Testing Laboratory for the Ministry of Land Management for Certification purposes.

We are launching a new Lottery company, for Super Lotto in Cambodia with state of the Art systems from Taiwan.
It is a JV between RSI and Taiwan Lottery and D&D
It will be a country wide Launch in 2018.

D&D and SD along with Taiwan Life Insurance have formed Angkor General insurance to provide various product of general insurance in Cambodia
It is in the licensing stage and will be launched in 2018.
It will provide all General insurance products including Property insurance etc.
Their Property, Auto, Health and Travel lines, for instance, have significant premium increases since being introduced and currently count among the insurer’s best-received offerings.

D&D and THF Group has Joined hands with Taiwan Life Insurance to provide Life insurance in Cambodia.
The various Products that it will market will be as follows Angkor Life Education Protector, Angkor Life Family Protector, Angkor Life Savings Protector, Angkor Life Group Protector, Angkor Life Home Loan Protector and Angkor Life Whole life.

COIL is a 100% owned holding company which holds and front a lot of companies within the group.
It holds several companies in Cambodia.
It has excellent connections with the Government and facillitates Projects for investment in Cambodia
Facilitates Investor Relationship .
Facilitates, Licenses and Permits for Investors within the Group and also for companies outside the Group
